Most amazingly comfortable beds! Great night sleep! Great location, close to night market, and giving of the alms for the monks. Staff were friendly and helpful!
No problems!

Spotless, comfortable rooms (because we extended our stay and then made a return visit, we experienced three different rooms which were all excellent). Friendly staff. Able to book bus tickets at reception. Great location.

The place was comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. It is family-owned and managed by a group of helpful young adults (siblings and cousins) who are eager to please their guests. Free drinking water, as well as 3-in-1 coffee powder, was provided, but they no longer offer breakfast (not a problem, plenty of options around). Very good value for the price! I had booked one night only and ended up staying over a week.
It pays to look at several rooms spread over the main building and the annex, as some are bigger and/or quieter than others.

Very good location, quite near to the Mekong River and Night Bazzarr. The room is clean and the price I paid is in a good value. I like the staff, because every one is nice, the exchange rate is much higher than outside. Example, 1 usd out side is arround 7500 to 7860, but hotel change 8000. Bike rent fee is cheaoer than everywhere, outside is 20000 kip to 25000 kip, but hotel only charge 15000 kip.
Everything is so good, just the room light little dim.
